Purchase a Court House Family Fitness or CH Fit24 Gift Certificate in ANY denomination! After purchase, please complete the Questionnaire so that we may know how much to charge your credit card and also the name of the person for whom the certificate is intended! Shhhh… don’t worry. We know it’s a secret! Once submitted our staff will contact you within 72 hours to discuss pickup or delivery.
As an FYI, Court House Family Fitness individual memberships are $38 monthly and the one-time access key fob purchase is $10. CH Fit24 individual memberships are $20 monthly and the one-time access key fob purchase is $10.
