Group Fitness Classes are a GREAT way to get & stay fit! These classes are FREE for CH Fit Premier members or $10 for guest drop-in. Ages 14 & up. Reservations required online or through the laser-fast GymMaster app. Space is limited! If you have reserved your spot & can’t make the class, please let us know or cancel your reservation in the app! Reservations available starting the week prior. This core class is designed to strengthen the abs and back with non-stop, core-sculpting moves. A great addition to any fitness routine!
